Program Services Clinical Coordinator Pay Rate: $19.25/hr This role can be located in our Council Bluffs, Atlantic, Shelby, or Storm Lake, IA Locations. Coordinate the development, review, and implementation of services, case management, behavior intervention plans, and treatments provided to individuals served. Oversee all services provided to individuals and their families, monitor the quality of care delivered, ensure compliance with contractual terms, and monitor regulatory program compliance. Assist in developing quality services and engaging activities that meet the individual served needs. Build and maintain relationships with families and external case managers. Provide support, assistance, and resources to new and existing Mentors in a collaborative approach Provide feedback in a positive and solution-driven manner Ability to think outside the box to achieve the maximum benefit for all parties Participate in an on-call rotation. Flexibility to be available via phone for incident response at specific times. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in human services or a related field is preferred. One year of work-related experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, brain injury, youth placed at risk, etc. preferred. An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered. Current driver's license, car registration, and auto insurance. Licensure and training as required by the state such as CPR, First Aid, Behavioral Intervention Techniques, Medication Manager, etc. Willing to provide training if needed. QMRP/QIDDP as required by state. A reliable, responsible attitude and a compassionate approach. A commitment to quality in everything you do.
