Be a part of an empowered accountability culture where each employee-owner has a meaningful stake in the future success and growth of the company A week in the life of a Project/Program Manager II: Supervise project personnel and/or team, scheduling work, writing proposals and/or preparing bids, and ordering and/or transporting equipment and material. Provide Project Management administrative support to organize tasks Collect and collate data into approved reports and formats, collect, update and maintain process documentation, coordinate of meetings, preparing budget drills, develop agenda items, attending high-level meetings, generating minutes, and tracking action items. Recommend policies, doctrine, tactics, and procedures at the Federal, State, and Local level given their past expert opinion or using analysis of actual outcomes. Coordinate and interface with various Department of Defense (DoD) and non-DoD activities located in and out of Continental United States (CONUS). Job Requirements Bachelors Degree Active Secret Clearance At least Ten (10) years of direct work experience in: C4ISR or similar program/projects. At least Eight (8) years of direct work experience in: Design/development, production, installation, and test & evaluation of C4ISR.
