Overview ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Provides senior level support providing customer service to NASA HOSS II customers and NASA Stakeholders.
Acts as the single point of contact for the CO, COR, customers and stakeholders, addressing concerns and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Responsible for implementing quality control processes and monitoring performance to meet contractual requirements.
Oversees and manages the operational support services at the Mary W. Jackson NASA HQ building.
Ensures the efficient operation of Core Services, maintaining customer satisfaction, and managing the overall performance of the contractor. NON-ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Other duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES: Senior Management experience with 7+ years of proven experience as a Program Manager, preferably in a facility management or operational support services role. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: Oversight of contract employees and performance. ADDITIONAL QUALIFYING FACTORS: As a condition of employment, must pass a pre-employment drug screening, as well as have acceptable reference and background check results. May be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Only US citizens are eligible for a security clearance. Must have or be eligible for security clearances. May require occasional travel.
