Vision IT is seeking a dynamic Program Manager to support a mission to protect, monitor, analyze, detect, and respond to unauthorized activity within information systems and computer networks in Vicksburg, MS.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the implementation and management of cybersecurity solutions in addition to serving as the primary point of contact for the contract with the Government to ensure the successful delivery of CSSP (Cyber Security Service Provider) solutions. The Program Manager will possess both technical expertise and management skills to effectively lead project teams and ensure compliance with contractual requirements. Responsibilities May Include (but are not limited to) the following:

• Act as the primary POC for the contract to the Government and collect project data for reporting purposes.

• Guide project teams in delivering CSSP solutions and managing day-to-day operations.

• Monitor quality across teams and ensure adherence to project goals and objectives.

• Plan project resources, including shift schedules and workload management.

• Ensure proper training and clearance for all personnel.

• Communicate resource constraints, staffing levels, and workload issues to the Government regularly.

• Provide operational and logistical support, including participation in project reviews and presentations.

• Support quarterly CSSP Quality Assurance process and provide metrics for performance evaluation.

• Prepare presentations, reports, and coordinate DoD evaluation and inspection activities.

• Ensure achievement of key performance indicator targets through the QA process.

• Coordinate periodic status reports/communications to stakeholders on major incidents and issues.

• Provide weekly updates to management on issues, risks, accomplishments, and KPIs.

• Communicate status updates to executive leadership.

• Identify and present opportunities for improvements to the Government.

• Implement best practices and approved improvements. Required Education, Experience, Clearance and Certification(s):

• Active DoD Secret Security Clearance.

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, cybersecurity, or related field.

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT or cybersecurity.

• At least 5 years of experience in program/project management.

• Strong leadership and communication skills.

• Proven experience in program/project management.

• Technical expertise in cybersecurity or related field.

• Ability to effectively manage resources and prioritize tasks.

• Experience with government contracts and reporting requirements.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.

• Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, CISSP) preferred.
Note: The Program Manager is projected to be available during core working hours and respond promptly during non-core hours. Travel may be required as needed.
