The Sr. Program Manager will be expected to manage activities in coordination with other internal and external engineering and production groups in the execution of development and production activities. A technical background is highly desirable. Responsibilities: Manage programs to meet annual revenue and NOP targets. Execute a sales strategy and opportunity capture plans to meet business growth goals. Lead and manage the client relationships associated with the programs. Communicate regularly with other groups within the division to provide insight into the client requirements, client technical roadmaps, and capabilities required to successfully execute and grow the business. Lead and mentor project managers. Perform as the Program Manager on technical development and production programs as necessary. Manage external partners in the execution of project work. Ensure project execution meets technical, schedule, quality, and budget goals. Here's what you'll need: TS/SCI security clearance with Full Scope Polygraph. Bachelors in Engineering or equivalent experience and training in the development and production of electronic systems. 10 years of experience leading multi-discipline engineering teams designing and building electronic systems. 10 years of experience designing, integrating, and testing RF Communication Systems (or similar technology). 10 years of experience performing work for US Intelligence Agencies supporting ISR missions. Strong written and oral communication skills. Experience preparing briefings and presentations for the Government and senior personnel. Strong project management skills including cost management, resource planning and management, risk planning and management, schedule management, and knowledge of the earned value management process. Motivational and Inspirational leadership skills along with the ability to develop, communicate, and execute a vision, strategy, and business plan aligned to the Division vision, strategy, and business plan. Preferred: Project Management Professional Certification. Bachelors in Electrical Engineering. In depth knowledge of the USG Intelligence Community and strong client intimacy with various IC Agencies.
