Program Manager with Security Clearance

Position Description You will serve as a PROGRAM MANAGER in the AQUISITION MANAGEMENT DEPARTMENT of NAWCTSD ORLANDO. Position Duties/Responsibilities You will be responsible for planning, directing leading, managing and controlling all aspects of assigned programs from initial plans through acquisition and delivery of the hardware and support systems.
You will exercise centralized authority and control over resources management, such as funding, contracts, priorities, schedules and personnel, as required to ensure completion of assigned projects within the time and resources allotted.
You will develop acquisition strategies for the various components of the training systems research including the determination of which elements or phases will be performed by contractors.
