Program Manager with Security Clearance

We are currently bidding on a contract providing IT and Cyber Security services for the IT Division within the NSWC Corona Division, Corporate Operations Department, supporting the Command Information Office, Information Technology Operations, Information Management Customer Services and Cyber Security. We will be seeking a Program Manager to oversee this contract. The individual selected for this role will m anage the program to ensure that implementation and prescribed activities are carried out in accordance with specified objectives. Daily duties will include planning and developing methods and procedures for implementing programs, directing and coordinating program activities, and exercising control over personnel responsible for specific functions or phases of programs. The ideal candidate will have: A) a high school degree, or a GED, and more than fifteen (15) years of relevant Information Technology (IT) project management and five (5) years of experience managing IT projects, reporting status of projects and the development of data analytics, OR
B) a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and ten (10) years of relevant IT project management, and three (3) years of experience managing IT projects, reporting status of projects and the development of data analytics, OR
C) a master's degree in a relevant field and seven (7) years of relevant IT project management and experience managing IT projects, reporting status of projects and the development of data analytics. Prior oversight of a technical support contract is required for this role. Secret Clearance required. Desired Qualifications:
• Master's degree in Mathematics, Engineering, M.B.A or other Technical Degree

• Project Management Professional (PMP) or DAWIA III in Program Management

• Communication and Briefing Skills

• Experience with cost, schedule and performance as it relates to program execution

• Program and Personnel Management

• Financial Management

• Risk Management Policies and Assessment

• Experience working in a program office
