Program Manager with Security Clearance

Overview This position is contingent upon award of contract SOSi is seeking a highly qualified PM to provide Project Management / overall leadership and guidance for all contractor personnel assigned to the contract. Essential Job Duties Manages project operations to ensure production schedules are met, system resources are utilized effectively, and that proper relationships are established between customers. Responsible for cost, schedule, performance, and risk identification / mitigation on projects including but not limited to systems, tools, equipment, software, facilities and other activities. Coordinates resolutions to production-related problems. Minimum Requirements The Program Manager must have a minimum of 12 years of experience in the Defense, Military, or Intelligence Community.
Must have a minimum of 8 years of management and supervisory experience, and three years of program management experience.
Must have a working knowledge in JCOFA, C3/C4, and MILMOD.
Must have communication skills to effectively interface with senior military officials, managers, and subordinates.
Shall have a working knowledge of the Research, Development and Acquisition process within major threat countries.
Desired Education: Master's degree in an area related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education; or have Bachelor's degree related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education and an additional 5 years of related senior experience, for a total of 17 years, as a substitute to the Master's degree.
Current in-scope TS/SCI clearance. Work Environment This position is typical of an on-site, office position.
