Program Manager with Security Clearance

We are looking for a smart and driven Program Manager to join our Regulatory Team. We require licenses in each country where we will provide Kuiper services. There are often fees associated with filing a license application and maintaining the license once granted, which must be paid on time and in accordance with each country's specific regulatory requirements. Failure to timely make these critical payments can have a detrimental impact on Amazon's ability to operate Kuiper, affecting Kuiper's global business and customer experience. Key job responsibilities
-Assembles, forecasts, and updates license fee obligations across all countries where Kuiper will provide service, ensuring compliance with national regulations
-Works across stakeholder teams to optimize systems, tools and processes for license fee payments, with emphasis on accuracy, efficiency, and automating tasks that are currently performed manually;
-Develops analysis of key business metrics, with emphasis on developing and executing recommendations for improvements;
-Improves finance processes, scale existing solutions, creates new solutions as required based on stakeholder needs to execute license payments in an efficient manner
-Monitors and execute projects on time and with high quality standards;
-Effectively communicates to ensure project alignment and progress within the organization;
