JRogers Consulting, LLC Program Manager Position Description JRogers Consulting LLC (JRC) is currently seeking a program manager to lead and oversee a variety of leadership development and training projects. The Program Manager (PM) leads and directs a variety of initiatives, tasks and deliverables, ensuring high quality delivery and focusing on exceeding client expectations. This role is responsible for developing strong relationships with multiple members of the client organization and our teaming partners, participating in and overseeing critical aspects of delivery to ensure the best possible client outcomes, and contributing to the overall success of the project. This role requires the PM to be directly engaged performing client engagement work as well as management of the leadership and training practice area. Specifically, the PM will: Lead the execution of JRC contracts serving a variety of Federal Government agencies to achieve results and measurably improve their organizational effectiveness through implementation of initiatives and programs in support of talent management strategies, strategic communications, outreach, and organizational development. Provide direction and guidance to staff on effective approaches to deliverables, decisions, and quality outcomes consistent with valid and professional methods, and JRC standards that result in meaningful outcomes for our clients. Develop, maintain, and expand positive and trusting client relationships for the purpose of ensuring that JRC is positioned to provide outcome-based services and grow our business opportunities within the client organization and across client organizational components. Represent JRC with clients in the marketplace consistent with our values and standards. Mentor, coach, and grow staff challenging them while leading the execution of client deliverables. Inspire and develop staff to perform with high expectations and be the example of JRC's desired values and culture. Serve as a program/project manager and provide leadership and management on assigned projects and initiatives. Provide client management including relationship management, financial management, and successful completion of engagements, meeting JRC standards. Manage partners and subcontractors involved in specific projects. Position Qualifications 5-10 years of experience (primarily in the federal government market) working with clients to solve challenges, design and implement new strategies, help them meet their goals while exceeding expectations. Effective intuition, problem solving, and flexibility. Strong management, financial, teamwork, and interpersonal skills. Strong written and verbal skills to effectively communicate at all levels in government and industry. Exhibit the acumen to represent a professional organization at all levels. Thrives in an environment characterized by problem-solving, rapid pace, tight schedules, high quality delivery, and working across multiple entities and capture events.
