Role: Program manager RMA Process

Location: San Jose, CA 95134 Onsite

Job Type: Fulltime

Responsibilities:

Main responsibility is managing end to end RMA process, scheduling and result.

Key responsibilities: supporting RMA process.

Work with cross functional team to drive status of RMA.

Maintain update of RMA status in a tool and publish standard reports.

Closely monitor and prioritize RMA schedule to meet targeted turnaround time.

Qualification:

Good verbal communication and strong coordination skill.

Computer skill + some advance skill on MSFT Excel/Word.
