The Garrett Group is seeking a highly skilled Program Manager / Program Control Specialist to play a vital role in fulfilling critical duties at the Joint Center for Electromagnetic Readiness (JCER). This position involves conducting routine assessments of service deployment certification events and mandatory prerequisite training crucial for deployments supporting Combatant Commands (CCMDs). JCER conducts comprehensive evaluations of venues, events, and units while adhering to established standards like the Universal Joint Tasks (UJTs) and the EMOE Characterization Framework. Qualifications: Required Experience: Demonstrated experience in managing operational evaluation schedules, cost databases, and logistical requirements for organizational daily activities, evaluation planning, and execution. Proven ability to prepare and submit products to leadership on risks, issues, and concerns. Strong written and oral communication skills, ensuring the delivery of quality products and services. Training and certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent. Minimum of twelve (12) years of demonstrated relevant experience. Desired Experience: Proficiency in project management software, such as Microsoft Project or similar scheduling tools. Experience in developing repeatable, efficient processes for event execution. Familiarity with preparing resource requests for multiple organizational sections. Duties Include: Assist in the development and submission of formal classified mission reports (DRRS, TMT, JTIMS, etc.). Aid in identifying mission risks related to cost, schedule, and performance, including providing inputs to JCER's future evaluation and expansion capabilities and options (Note: May require an OSD CAPE PPBE Waiver). Organize, direct, and coordinate the planning and production of all activities associated with assigned JEMSO Evaluation projects.
