SMT is seeking an individual that MUST have a passion for customer service and experience in contract electronics manufacturing.
We are seeking an individual with the ability to develop customer relationships at all levels, identify and solve customer problems, understand and manage the overall c ustomer priority and profitability, and grow existing customer sales.
The successful candidate MUST have previous experience in contract manufacturing, custom electronics, or electronic component distribution, in a customer facing role.
SMT is seeking either a Program Manager or a Senior Program Manager. Title will be based on candidates previous experience and education.

The Program Manager will be able to solve customer problems, will have superior communication skills, is influential and charismatic, thrives in an independent work environment, prides themselves on customer service, and is the face or SMT to the customer.
The ideal candidates will have a 4 year degree with 3-10 plus years of experience at an electronics contract manufacturer, and has the ability to work with all levels of an organization, and is a proven influencer.
