Program Manager

AAC Inc is seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to join our team as Program Manager (PM) for the NIH's Center of Information Technology's (CIT) Risk Management Framework (RMF) and Cybersecurity Operations contract. As the PM, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and optimizing the performance of our contract's requirements. Managing customer, employee, vendor and partner expectations will be important for the overall success of this work along with AAC prestige. This position requires a person who can lead, manage, and demonstrate a deep understanding of federal RMF and cybersecurity policies, solutions and protocols. Cybersecurity solutions, strong analytical skills, and the ability to communicate are a must.

Key Rolls & Responsibilities:

Experience with enterprise IT systems, cloud systems and network security.

Ability to manage a team of IT consultants and communicate findings with customers.

Extensive knowledge of project management tasks within the network security sector

Skills in all facets of management complex programs (i.e., Leadership, Technical Expertise, Effective Communications, Hands-On Cybersecurity experience, Collaboration skills, and experience working under pressure in highly dynamic and fast paced environments)

Strategic Initiatives Support. When directed by the Govt, oversee the development and execution of strategic initiatives associated with program and process improvement.

HHS experience, ideally NIH, NLM or CIT (best) experience
