The Ideal candidate will have Experience in Program Management, PMP certification, ITIL Expert certification, COBIT, Change Management, Release Management, Problem Management, Infrastructure.

1. PURPOSE:

This scope of work is for consulting services to coordinate, plan, document, perform and track enterprise.

Information Technology (IT) project initiatives, support the security modernization effort within the

Department, (Department) with their Strategic Planning process, and the development of an executive reporting system.

Contractor will provide these services to the Department.

5. CONTRACTOR QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

Contractor staff assigned to this agreement must possess the following minimum qualifications and

experience:

5.6. ITIL Expert certification.

5.7. Project Manager Professional (PMP) certification.

5.1. Three years of experience running a Project Management Office at a State Agency/Office Level

5.2. Five years of experience establishing Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) and Control

Objectives for Information and Related Technology (COBIT) best practices on Incident and Service

Fulfillment Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Release Management,

Configuration Management, Service Reporting, Service Level Management, Capacity Management and

Availability & Continuity Management.

5.3. Five years of experience in the design and implementation of multiple executive reporting systems.

5.4. Five years of experience developing and leading the strategic planning process both at an organization

and operations level, including strategic risk management based on the ISO 31000 standard.

5.5. Five years of experience auditing business processes against an established standard such as Malcomb

Baldrige. Including the establishment of an audit plan, identification of gaps and the creation of a

findings document.
