Key Responsibilities:
- Product Innovation: Lead the design and development of new products, overseeing the lifecycle from conception to launch.
- Budget Management: Manage a multi-million dollar budget, ensuring projects are delivered within financial constraints.
- Market Expansion: Implement go-to-market strategies that facilitate rapid expansion into new domestic and other markets, significantly increasing the company s fulfillment footprint.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate technical, procedural, legal, logistical, and communication challenges.
- Team Leadership: Manage and inspire cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and high performance.
- Community Engagement: Spearhead regional outreach and volunteer programs, enhancing company reputation and employee engagement.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience: 8+ years in program or project management, preferably within the retail sector.
- Education: Bachelor s degree in Business Management, Project Management, or related field. PMP and PMI-ACP certifications are highly preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, Adobe Suite, Salesforce, Smartsheet, MS Projects, Asana, SQL, Power BI, ProCore, Autodesk, and major HCM systems like Workday and Oracle PeopleSoft.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
- Compliance and Safety: Knowledge of regional regulatory and privacy management, along with a background in safety and health standards (OSHA certified preferred).
