Special Projects Dallas has an opportunity for a Program Manager (M) to join our leadership team in Richardson, Texas. The ideal candidate will have experience in program management and be able to drive program performance in order to achieve or exceed customer and business objectives. The Program Manager will have P&L and execution responsibility for mission systems and development work across all contracts. In addition, this position will hold a senior level relationship within the customer community and must be able to manage and influence key stakeholders. The Program Manager will also have responsibility for the transition and continuing development of the DevSecOps implementation supporting software development across all Special Projects Dallas. Position Responsibilities: Manages employees and mid-level managers performing business management activities in Program Management Develops and executes integrated organizational plans, policies and procedures and guides the development of business and technical strategies, goals, objectives Acquires resources for organizational activities, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners, and direct reports Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products, and processes Manages, develops, and motivates employees and mid-level managers This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options. This position requires an active U.S. Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required). (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active). Please include indication of active clearance in resume. Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): Bachelor's Degree 5+ years of experience working as a senior leader or senior manager 5+ years of experience with Program Management Best Practices (PMBP) 5+ years of experience leading through influence and partnering with cross-functional teams on projects, transactions or initiatives Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): Active Top Secret security clearance (within the past 24 months) 5+ years of experience developing and maintaining relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers and partners 5+ years of experience managing development programs from requirements definition through design, qualification, fielding and support Relocation: This position offers relocation based on candidate eligibility.
