Description:
The client is seeking a Program Manager to provide successful definition, implementation and delivery of complex programs that require cross-functional collaboration and interdependencies across a group of projects and/or related activities.
Bachelor degree or equivalent
Skills
o The group of skills related to Product Development including designing products, developing product roadmaps, translating design requirements, prototyping, etc.
o Experience recording and evaluating product performance metrics is crucial, along with the ability to report them to senior management and other stakeholders.
o An ability to manage product budgets, timelines, prioritize tasks, and align teams based on those tasks is crucial.
o Skilled in programming languages and some coding and working understanding of Java and JavaScript.
o Skilled in the graphical representation of information in the form of a charts, diagrams, pictures, and dashboards with programs and tools such as Excel, Tableau, or Power BI
o Experience gathering accurate information to explain concepts and answer critical questions.
o Experience helping an organization to plan and manage change in effort to meet strategic objectives.
o The group of skills related to Product Management including managing demand, releases, roadmaps, and backlog.
o The group of skills related to Influencing including negotiating, persuading others, facilitating meetings, and resolving conflict.
o Adept at managing project plans, resources, and people to ensure successful project completion.
o The group of skills related to Relationship Management including managing and engaging stakeholders, customers, and vendors, building relationship networks, contracting, etc.
o Working with people with different functional expertise respectfully and cooperatively to work toward a common goal.
o Experience in the process of analyzing data to identify trends or relationships to inform conclusions about the data.
o The group of skills related to Business Insight including advising, designing business models, interpreting customer and market insights, forecasting, benchmarking, etc.
o Skilled in presenting information and/or ideas to an audience in a way that is engaging and easy to understand.
o Ability to frame ideas as systems and analyzing the inputs, outputs, and process.
o The group of skills related to Communication including communicating up to and including VP executive leadership in writing or verbally, copywriting, planning and distributing communication, etc.
o The group of skills related to Operational Excellence including improving and overseeing operations.
o The group of skills related to Risk Assessment and Management including evaluating and designing controls, conducting impact assessments, identifying control gaps, remediating risk, etc.
o The group of skills related to Governance and Compliance including creating policies, evaluating compliance, conducting internal investigations, developing data governance, etc.
o Skilled in supporting, controlling, monitoring, and management of large, complex, and sometimes geographically-dispersed IT infrastructure and applications in order to optimize IT service delivery
