Job Title: Program Manager - Senior

Location: Dallas, TX ( Hybrid )

Overall Purpose:

All aspects of the development and implementation of the defined/assigned complex highly technical program. Candidate will execute a holistic end-to-end program via the telecommunications network infrastructure project/program life cycle. Serve as the single point of contact for enterprise wide programs.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Responsible for leading/managing end to end management of all aspects of the development and implementation of the assigned complex project/program which includes but not limited to budget, schedule, communication, deliverables, risks and progress reporting.

Require high level of analysis to create project/program plans for new concept projects/programs.

Lead cross functional teams to deliver the defined solutions within the allotted timeline and budget. Draft and manage scope of work and timeline in coordination with the Program Director and end clients.

Identifies project scope and objectives, coordinates activities of a project/program team, and identifies resources and implementation strategy.

Develop detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports. Conducts project meetings and is responsible for project tracking and analysis, including project interdependencies.

Ensure adherence to Client/client s quality standards, internal processes and reviews project/program deliverables.

Identify and takes appropriate action to drive the analysis and solutions of problems.

Collaborates/partners with external vendors and internal stakeholders to champion project(s) across the entire organization.

Manage the integration of vendor tasks as well as tracks & review.

Develop and deliver presentations to stakeholders/leadership as required.

Executive PowerPoint Creation and Storytelling a. Crafting compelling, visually engaging PowerPoint presentations is crucial. This skill involves synthesizing various materials to articulate a clear narrative that influences outcomes, communicates complex information effectively, and aligns with the company's mission and objectives.

Organizational Skills a. Essential for streamlining processes, managing workflows, and ensuring tasks are completed efficiently. Must maintain and manage calendars, meetings, and deliverables, requiring a high level of organization and attention to detail.

Program Management a. The ability to oversee and manage a portfolio of initiatives, ensuring they are executed smoothly and efficiently. This involves tracking progress against objectives, solving problems as they arise, and ensuring that all projects align with the broader strategic goals of the organization.

This role requires a versatile professional who is adept at program management, organization, and executive PowerPoints that synthesize various materials to clearly articulate a narrative and influence outcomes.

Responsibilities:

Program Management: You will support the Client Transformation team in managing a portfolio of key initiatives, ensuring smooth execution of projects, and tracking progress against defined objectives.

Organization: Help in streamlining processes and workflows, making sure that all tasks are efficiently completed. You will also assist in maintaining and managing the team calendar and deliverables.

Executive PowerPoint Creation: Craft compelling and visually engaging PowerPoint presentations for executive meetings, leadership reviews, and broader stakeholder communications. Leverage your storytelling skills to effectively communicate complex information. Your presentations should tell a coherent, compelling story that aligns with the company's mission and objectives.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

Proven experience in a similar role, supporting senior executives.

Exceptional skills in PowerPoint presentation creation and storytelling.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. " Proficient in project management methodologies

Excellent communication and influencing skills.
