Boylston Staffing is looking for a Program Coordinator for a Hospital in Boston. Will support the Vice Chair of the department with program development, planning, implementation, communication and evaluations. Will plan, evaluate, develop and implement programs. Duties Include:

Departmental support, research, training and recruitment, organizing events, prepare meeting materials, managing incoming information (emails, publications, reports and data)

Track and report on all transactions and spending, analyze and make recommendations to senior management

Support marketing and communications related to the program, assist with reservations, accommodations for on and off site events, handle expense reports, maintain contact lists and rosters, printing, copying, scanning

Faculty recruitment, credentialing, enrolling and on-boarding, set up interviews, managing calendars, organize dinners, documenting licenses for new residents and fellows, audit reports and update credentials

Organize department orientations, issue offer letters to new hires, maintain department portal, review on-boarding paperwork, ensure all new employees have ID access and assigned lockers

Ensure schedules for clinicians, CRNA's and fellows are accurate reviewing time off notices, update sick calls and shift swaps, track graduate trainee's clinical work and ensure compliance, update medical information

Act a primary contact for information between department associated with the program

Will provide program development, finance, scheduling, administrative, logistic support, faculty recruitment, credentialing, onboarding and enrollment activity. BA degree, 2-3 years healthcare industry preferred, strong interpersonal, oral and written skills, able to prioritize, work independently, take initiative and manage multiple complex projects.

This is a Direct Hire on-site role paying 60K-70K depending on experience with excellent benefits.
