Program Manager

Job Title: Program Manager - Cloud Implementation

Location: Boca Raton, Florida (Remote - Milestones based travel)

Duration: 12 months Contract

Job Description:
Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end implementation projects on the cloud platform, ensuring timely delivery within budget and scope.

Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, requirements, and deliverables.

Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.

Manage offshore teams effectively, providing guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to integrate SCM, FI, OTM, WMS, and HCM modules.

Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies.

Facilitate communication between onsite and offshore teams to ensure alignment and transparency.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery processes.

Provide regular updates to senior management on project status, risks, and issues.

Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices in project management.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. Master s degree preferred.

15+ years of experience in managing end-to-end Oracle implementation projects.

Strong expertise in SCM and FI modules; knowledge of OTM, WMS, and HCM is a plus.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.

Demonstrated experience in offshore coordination and managing distributed teams.

Strong leadership abilities with a track record of driving results in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.

Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and adapt to changing priorities.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is desirable.
