Amentum is hiring a Program Management Support Specialist to support a high-profile DoD program at NSWC Crane. Under limited supervision, you will provide program support and detailed, comprehensive analysis. You will interpret technical and programmatic elements to prepare routine and non-routine correspondence and documentation, program presentations and briefings, and program management reports. As the Program Analyst, you will perform many daily duties, including: Coordinate the preparation, scheduling, and execution of program meetings and prepare meeting minutes. Handle extensive scheduling for a demanding and growing DoD program for meetings and special events. The scheduling responsibilities will include rescheduling and canceling appointments, as needed; determining meeting needs and preparing them; and ensuring sufficient time is allocated to each appointment. Support customer special projects to ensure program success. Assist in the maintenance of general program reports, spreadsheets, and databases to support program objectives. Compile inputs and assist in preparing program documentation such as plans, briefings, schedules, reports, correspondence, contracts/contract modifications, technical instruction procedures and/or related material. Interacting and advising customers, through the application of specific program knowledge and subject matter expertise necessary to complete program management tasks. Analyzing requirements and reviewing and coordinating with customers to generate program documentation such as plans, schedules, briefings, reports, and correspondence. Conducting research into specific areas and preparing findings and reporting findings to the customer. Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business or Technical field and at least 7 years of job related experience or equivalent. Excellent customer service skills and experience. Strong written and oral communication skills and ability to work in a team environment. Ability to work independently and collaborate on team projects.
