Disability insurance Duties and Responsibilities: Provide technical and management oversight from inception to deployment of multiple complex projects.
Provides guidance and direction in multiple tasks across several different discipline areas and including use of different technologies.
Manages highly program/technical support operations potentially involving multiple projects.
Organizes, directs, and coordinates planning and execution of all program/technical support activities.
Drafts, analyzes, integrates, review, and provides recommendations for program milestones and other documentation IAW Government, DoD and U.S. Army regulations.
Recommends resolution of issues for program milestone decisions.
Prepares, reviews, and delivers required reports and plans to include Project Management Plan, status reports, briefing material, and other contract deliverables.
Provides project support for reviews, conferences, briefings, and associated meetings.
Provides recommendations for planning, organizing, managing critical aspects of the development, production and/or deployment of capabilities.
Develop, coordinate, and synchronize staff actions with Government, matrix, and support Contractor personnel responsible for the project process and deployment.
Develop data collection methods and tools to monitor status and provide updates when changes occur.
Performs other project management tasks as required. Position Requirements: Security Clearance: Top Secret/SCI eligibility.
Education: Master's degree in business administration, economics, computer science, engineering, or relevant degree.
Experience: Ten (10) years relevant program/project management experience, with at least three (3) years managing large, complex, and geographically distributed projects.
Certifications: Program Management Professional
Must be located within a 60-mile radius of Fort Huachuca, AZ.
Demonstrated ability to interface with management and brief senior leadership on status of program status and risks (both technical and programmatic).
Prior experience and close interaction and coordination with United States Cyber Command (USCYBERCOM), Army Cyber Command (ARCYBER), Headquarters Department of the Army (HQDA) G-6, and Army Chief Information Officer (CIO). Preferred Qualifications: Has an in-depth understanding of DoDIN-A operations and defense to Army customers.
Has the communication skills to effectively interface with senior military officials, managers, and subordinates.
