Introduction: As a Level 3 Program Integrator, you will play a critical role in supporting program managers, initiative leads, and executive leadership by providing comprehensive oversight and strategic analysis across multiple contracts and government activities. This role is pivotal in ensuring the alignment of cost, schedule, and performance parameters with organizational goals and mandates. Key Responsibilities: Conduct thorough holistic analysis across multiple contracts to identify and address potential risks and issues impacting the health of programs and initiatives. Develop and maintain essential program documentation such as Technical Task Orders (TTOs), Statements of Work (SOWs), Program Management Plans (PMPs), Risk Management Plans, and Acquisition Strategies. Utilize advanced data analysis techniques using MS Excel to provide clear and effective presentation of financial and programmatic data. Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate program status and health to stakeholders and executive leadership. Advise and assist in resource allocation, financial forecasting, and strategic planning to optimize program performance and compliance. Monitor program execution against established baselines and recommend corrective actions as necessary. Lead and participate in program reviews and contract negotiations to ensure comprehensive program oversight and compliance with NSA and PEO policies. Qualifications: A minimum of twelve (12) years of combined experience in program management, contract management, and/or financial management within DoD/IC environments. Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications such as PMP, CFCM, or DAWIA Level III are highly desirable. Demonstrated expertise in financial management and program documentation, with strong capabilities in MS Excel including pivot tables, slicers, and pivot charts. Proven ability to manage complex initiatives and work collaboratively across diverse teams and disciplines. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
