Your role as a Program Director

The Program Director for the Women's Residential program at Outreach plays a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of the residential facility, managing administration processes, maintaining site functionality, and supervising clinical aspects of the program. Collaborating closely with a diverse and skilled interdisciplinary team, the Program Director holds a pivotal position within Outreach's leadership, striving to meet program objectives and uphold the company's values. Through effective coordination and alignment with the organization's vision and mission, the Program Director guarantees that clients receive high-quality care and support, fostering positive outcomes and making a meaningful impact in the healthcare industry.

What you need to be successful

The ideal candidate for the Program Director role at Outreach's Women's Residential program should possess an advanced degree and hold licensures such as LMSW, LCSW, LMHC, or higher, with a preference for individuals with 3-5 years of robust program management and supervisory experience in an OASAS funded facility. Essential skills for success include an unwavering dedication to delivering top-notch programs and conducting data-driven evaluations, excellence in organizational management to lead high-performance teams and achieve strategic goals, adeptness in budget management, strong networking and public relations abilities to engage various stakeholders, populations, and cultures, as well as an action-oriented, innovative approach to program planning. Effective collaboration and adaptability are also crucial for fostering a cohesive and impactful program that aligns with Outreach's mission and vision.

Knowledge and skills required for the position are:

  • Advanced degree
  • LMSW
  • LCSW
  • LMHC or higher preferred
  • At least 3-5 years of strong program management and supervisory experience working in an OASAS-funded facility.
  • Unwavering commitment to quality programs and data-driven program evaluation
  • Excellence in organizational management with the ability to coach staff, manage and develop high-performance teams, set and achieve strategic objectives, and manage a budget.
  • Strong networking and public relations skills with the ability to engage a wide range of stakeholders populations and cultures.
