Program Analyst with Security Clearance

Duties Serves as a Program Analyst within the NTC 11th ACR, S8, Resource Management Branch (RMB). Responsible for analyzing complex financial operating programs to evaluate their actual and/or potential effectiveness in achieving objectives. Performs detail reviews on prior and current year budget programs and multi-year POM year submissions to estimate program balance and planning for short and long term funding requirements. Provides status of funds, budget policy and budgetary impacts, and internal accounting to the NTC 11th ACR command and staff personnel. Applies in depth knowledge of the financial, accounting, statistical, budgeting, economic principles and management operations. Results of work influence brigade policies and procedures that impact day-to-day budget, personnel and logistical support operations of both tenant and rotational units at the NTC and Fort Irwin. General Fund Enterprise Business System (GFEBS), Funds Control, Wide Area Workflow (WAWF), Microsoft Excel and Defense Travel System.
