Position: DOD Program Analyst
Location: Arlington, Virginia
Clearance: Secret Knowesis is currently seeking a DOD Program Analyst to support the Resource and Program Integration Directorate (RPI) within the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Personnel and Readiness (OUSD(P&R . This position is onsite in Arlington, VA, requires a Secret clearance or eligibility for Secret Clearance and U.S. Citizenship (applicants without proof of U.S. citizenship will not be considered due to the position's security requirement). The Job Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Provides administrative services to the Office of the Executive Secretary, to include processing of Government Accountability Office (GAO) inquiries, responses, and inspector general (IG) audits.

• Utilizing the Correspondence and Task Management System (CATMS), organizes, processes, and responds to GOA / IG inquiries within the OUSD P&R RPI portfolio.

• Monitors timelines and suspense dates to ensure timeliness; coordinates with external offices to delegate assignments as required.

• Maintains weekly and monthly tracking system to measure organizational efficiency; provides regular updates to senior leadership.

• Provides administrative, analytical, and technical support to OUSD P&R government leadership including the development of written communications products such products as information papers, frequently asked questions, policy change proposals, and briefing material.

• Provides administrative and analytic support to special projects.

• Provides operational services and knowledge management support including file consolidation and management on network-based applications.

• Maintains policies and procedures specific to the GAO/IG portfolio; provides recommendations for future efficiencies/improvements.

• Provide critical administrative support to senior RPI leadership, including identifying leadership priorities and communicating with external parties. Completes high-visibility and short-turn assignments as needed with minimum oversight on behalf. Required Qualifications:

• Five (5) years of experience supporting federal programs.

• Experience with the Correspondence and Task Management System (CATMS)

• Experience working with or knowledge of the Government Accountability Office and/or Inspector General. Preferred Skills :

• Excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and writing and editing skills.

• Ability to multitask, track multiple deadlines, adapt to shifting priorities, and interact with senior leadership.

• Experience working in or supporting the Office of the Secretary of Defense

• Previous military experience or experience supporting the Federal Government

• Ability to work independently with minimal direct supervision.

• Experience with standard MS Office suite products and SharePoint

• Ability to maintain consistent performance in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities.

• Skill in communicating effectively and maintaining good working relations with diverse groups.

• Self-motivated and does not require detailed management oversight - Organized with strong attention to detail. Education:
