Job Summary

Leonardo DRS is seeking a full time Program Analyst I in Bridgeton, MO. The position will be accountable for planning and allocating resources, preparing budgets, monitoring progress, and keeping stakeholders informed throughout the program lifecycle. In addition, they will work with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate deliverables, budgets, and schedules. The position will require its candidate to take ownership of tasks and drive to an agreed upon result.

Job Responsibilities
  • Develop plans, schedules and budgets to meet contractual requirements for a program or several portions of a very large program
  • Establish complex program plans and conduct in-depth research to define program requirements
  • Interface with all levels of the customer, vendors and internal departments to coordinate deliverables, budgets and schedules
  • Assist in developing new methods for tracking and reporting program status statistics
  • Make recommendations to management on changes as appropriate
  • Assist with proposals efforts
  • Support, communicate, reinforce and defend the mission, values and culture of the organization
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 3+ years of directly related experience required
  • Strong attention to detail
