Overview/ Job Responsibilities The Program Analyst II position will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution and management of various programs and projects within the contract. You will be responsible for providing analytical support, monitoring program performance, identifying areas for improvement, and facilitating communication between stakeholders. This position requires a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Program Performance Monitoring: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track program performance and identify areas for improvement. Data Analysis: Analyze program data and trends to provide insights and recommendations for enhancing program efficiency and effectiveness. Reporting: Prepare regular reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders, highlighting program performance, milestones achieved, and upcoming initiatives. Risk Management: Identify and assess potential risks and issues affecting program delivery, and collaborate with the project team to develop mitigation strategies. Stakeholder Engagement: Foster strong relationships with internal teams, government stakeholders, and subcontractors to ensure alignment and collaboration on program objectives. Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate program processes and workflows to identify opportunities for streamlining operations and increasing efficiency. Compliance: Ensure compliance with contractual requirements, government regulations, and company policies throughout the program lifecycle. Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date program documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes. Support to Program Manager: Assist the Program Manager in various tasks related to program planning, budgeting, and resource management. Training and Knowledge Sharing: Provide training and guidance to team members on program-related processes and tools, and actively participate in knowledge-sharing activities across the organization. Minimum Qualifications Must be able to work independently to execute against sets of procedures and be able to lift 50 pounds Must have keen attention to detail and excellent communication skills Must have 1-3 years experience with property/inventory management and associated software used to track accountable property Experience with Sunflower Property management software is a plus but not required Requires a knowledge of one or more elements or parts of a supply system, or of supply methods, policies, or procedures Eligibility/Clearance Requirements: Must be able to provide proof of U.S. Citizenship and is able to be cleared at the Public Trust Level About Sev1Tech LLC Founded in 2010, Sev1Tech provides IT, engineering, and program management solutions delivery.
