Bennett Aerospace, Inc. , a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, and a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is seeking a Program Analyst I - Fleet Management Specialist tojoin our Team in Arlington Virginia. Position Responsibilities: Analyze and interpret data to identify more efficient and effective methods for accomplishing program objectives pursuant to statutes and policies Review and comprehend data and make recommendations to resolve problems/issues. Prepare reports that provide statistical analyses and narratives such as the assignment of vehicles, vehicle replacement and/or sales, fuel usage, maintenance and repairs, and assignment of vehicles to staff. Compose and review briefings, reports, and other types of correspondence for accuracy, continuity, and content. Brief management on recommended solutions to program-related issues. Ability to maintain databases to ensure accuracy Provide recommendations and conduct in-depth research to management on the procurement of goods and services. Assist in establishing administrative procedures for specific programs (i.e., fleet management, financial management Coordinate with managers and employees to identify and resolve program-related issue Review new policies, procedures, directives, etc., to evaluate their impact on the program Provide recommendations to management on procurements to ensure compliance with established regulations. Gather and organize information from a variety of sources such as records, computer files, previous studies, interviews, accountable property, etc. Analyze information to identify issues and isolate problems Prepare and edit various kinds of written correspondence. Review and analyze documents submitted for completeness and accuracy. This may entail a review of various invoices and financial documents. Work in groups/teams on special projects to accomplish program goals. Communicate via telephone and/or e-mail with high-level officials throughout the agency and District offices, as well as other contract affiliates. Position Requirements: Bachelor's Degree Vehicle ordering experience. Delivery and outfitting of leased vehicles experience. Manage the financial status of fleet management systems. Maintenance tracking of leased vehicles. Analyze monthly spending for the rentals and leased programs. Managing rental contracts. Superior time management, organization, and prioritization skills. Communicate via telephone and/or e-mail with high-level officials throughout the agency and District offices, as well as other contract affiliates. At least one year of experience with data gathering and analysis, or a related field. Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow directions. Exhibit a high level of confidentiality. Ability to adapt quickly and effectively to change. Ability to embrace new systems and process enhancements. Security Requirements: Clearance Level Required: Public Trust to Top Secret Applicants selected will be subject to a Government background investigation and must meet eligibility and suitability requirements.
