House Doctors is a professional handyman service company that does various interior and exterior repair, maintenance and remodel work in the St Charles county, West County, MO and nearby areas.
We are looking for energetic and friendly people who enjoy working on various home repair and remodel projects. Typical jobs involve multiple skills, such as drywall, painting, light plumbing and electrical, flooring, carpentry, decks, fence, siding and gutter repairs, as well as full bathroom and kitchen remodels, etc.
This position is for highly organized and customer centric individuals who have a passion for delivering outstanding results.
Previous handyman experience is an asset, but not required. At least 5+ years of construction experience is necessary.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Completing various home repair and remodel jobs.
- Follow company policies, processes and procedures.
- Planning and managing the job site as needed.
- Organizing and managing materials and equipment for the jobs as needed.
- Working with office team and vendors to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Invoicing and payment as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized company vehicle daily.
- Assisting in estimating, marketing and sales on and around the job sites.
- Working with management to achieve team and company goals.
- Representing House Doctors in the local community and business events as needed.
SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:
5 to 10+ years of professional experience in construction, home repair and remodel industry
Hands-on with a knowledge of the principles, techniques, equipment, and supplies used in the handyman and home remodel industry
Ability to learn and operate some basic computer programs and systems
Friendly personality and committed to great customer service
A strong work ethic and highly dependable
Able to do physical labor work including bending, lifting (50+ lbs), and handling tools
Valid Driver's license is required
