Our privately owned practices are seeking a full-time Coordinator preferably with Open Dental experience. Our number one goal is to provide access to dental healthcare that the patient wants. Skills and Experience:

DENTAL EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED.
Provides excellent customer service.
Knowledge in doctor scheduling for productivity and clinical flow.
Coordinate patient appointments with the general dentist and the specialists.
Educate patients on recommended treatment.
Protects patients' rights by maintaining confidentiality of personal and financial information.
Knowledge of dental insurance to explain cost breakdown to patients.
Provides knowledge of third-party financing to patients and educates patients on financial commitments of treatment.
Open Dental knowledge preferred but not required.
