Compensation: Percentage split per patient Desired Start date: As negotiated Position: Part time by shift Job description: The ideal candidate will:
•  Provide individual or community style acupuncture treatments including evaluation, plan of care, therapeutic intervention, reevaluation, and education of patients Maintain detailed, complete and legible, medical record documentation Fulfill requirements for PA licensure Follow Clean Needle Technique, HIPAA, and OSHA guidelines Set up, clean, and break down treatment rooms Communicate with Won Institute receptionists, clinic director, students/interns, faculty, and staff Recruit patients Be familiar with Google Calendar and Acuity online booking, Function efficiently and professionally and treat all patients with dignity and respect Have the desire to be a leader and educator in the field of acupuncture and herbal medicine. Expertise in Cosmetic Acupuncture preferred Won Institute Clinics provides all overhead costs including but not limited to: business cards, brochures, forms and acupuncture supplies; office receptionist, cleaning and other administrative personnel required; utilities; advertising and promotion; linen service, removal of sharps containers and other biohazard materials; regular trash removal; HIPPA and OSHA trainings. Qualifications: A Master's degree in acupuncture from a school accredited by the Accreditation Commission for Acupuncture and Herbal Medicine Licensed Acupuncturist L.Ac., or Practitioner of Oriental Medicine L.OM., in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania CPR and PA child abuse training Who to contact: Doreen Lafferty, Director of Clinical Education and Services: Email: email protected Cell:
