We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Permanent Products Liability Sr. Associate/Of Counsel to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of experience in products liability and litigation. This individual will play a vital role in representing our clients in complex litigation matters, advising on regulatory compliance, and managing risk. Responsibilities:

As a Permanent Products Liability Sr. Associate/Of Counsel, your responsibilities will include:

1. Representing clients in complex product liability litigation matters, including class action lawsuits and multi-district litigation.
2. Providing expert advice on regulatory compliance and risk management issues relating to product liability.
3. Conducting thorough and meticulous research to aid in case preparation and strategy development.
4. Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements.
5. Collaborating with a team of attorneys and paralegals to manage caseload and ensure the timely completion of tasks.
6. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of current laws, regulations, and industry trends related to product liability.
7. Participating in business development activities to build and maintain client relationships.

Qualifications:

The successful candidate for the Permanent Products Liability Sr. Associate/Of Counsel position must possess the following qualifications:

1. Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
2. Admission to the state bar and in good standing.
3. A minimum of 5 years of experience in products liability law and litigation.
4. Exceptional litigation skills, with a proven track record of success in complex product liability cases.
5. In-depth knowledge of federal and state product liability laws and regulations.
6. Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
7. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively present complex legal concepts to clients and other stakeholders.
8. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment, as well as independently when required.
9. High degree of professional ethics and integrity.
10. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
