We are seeking candidates for Production Worker roles on 1st shift. Hours for this position are from 8:00am-4:30pm, Monday through Friday. Compensation for these temp-to-hire opportunities ranges between $20.00-$24.61 per hour, depending on skills and experience.
What you will do as a Production Worker: - Load and unload product onto a constantly moving overhead conveyor
- Unpackage and prep material for loading
- Inspect parts for damage
- Read prints and determine the racking location and paint coverage areas
- Repackage finished material and prepare for shipment
- Perform on-line quality control procedures and document outcomes
- Use hand power tools to prep and/or repair defective material
- Maintain a clean working environment and participate in regularly planned maintenance activities
- Prepare outbound shipments for customer pick-up
- Work with truck drivers to load and unload trucks as needed
- Receive incoming customer materials, shop supplies, and paint
What you need to be a Production Worker: - Strong attention to detail
- Basic math and conversion skills
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to work as a team or independently
- Ability to work at a fast pace, on a constantly moving production line
- Ability to or willingness to operate a fork truck
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and occasionally 75 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodations
