Production Tech with Forklift

Production Technician
Our client is seeking someone with experience in manufacturing and machine operation
This position will be working in production and may be using forklifts as needed to move items in the facility

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Filling sacks and buckets with product as directed
Stacking bags or buckets on pallets
Shrink wrap the pallets for forklift operator to pick up
Observes gages, dials, or other indicators to make sure a machine is working properly.
Assists with the loading of trucks for as needed.
Participate in clean-up of plant area at the end of every shift.
Forklift Operator, as needed.

SHIFTS: Monday - Thursday; 3:30pm - 2am

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Knowledge of manual and electrical hand tools.
Must be able to operator a forklift, and other related motorized equipment.

ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Must be able to lift and stack objects up to 50 pounds occasionally and frequently exert 10 to 20 pounds of force to lift, carry, push, and pull or otherwise move objects
Work involves stooping, kneeling, crouching, twisting/turning and reaching; bending at the waist.
