Production Team Lead II

This candidate will primarily be working WEEKDAY shifts, but schedule flexibility is a must.

Candidate will be leading a team of 11-21 production associates day-to-day.

Candidate will almost entirely be working on the bakery production floor - this is not a desk/office role.

Candidate experience in manufacturing, production, or logistics is a CRITICAL.

MDLZ is looking to convert high-performing candidates at the conclusion of this assignment.

Education / Certifications:

" High School Required

" Bachelor's degree complete or incomplete / Specialization on Business Administration or Manufacturing Management preferred.

" Microsoft Office Intermediate Excel

" Manufacturing tracker Systems

" IL6S / TPM preferred.

" SAP preferred.
