Job Title: Production Team Lead II

Location: 7300 South Kedzie Ave, Chicago, IL 60629

Duration: 3 Months

Shift A: Fri 7-3, Sat 7-7, Sun 7-7, Mon 7-3, Shift B Shift would be Fri 11p-7a, Sat 7pm-7am, Sun 7p

This candidate will primarily be working WEEKDAY shifts, but schedule flexibility is a must.

Description:

Candidate will be leading a team of 11-21 production associates day-to-day.

Candidate will almost entirely be working on the bakery production floor - this is not a desk/office role.

Candidate experience in manufacturing, production, or logistics is a CRITICAL.

Client is looking to convert high-performing candidates at the conclusion of this assignment.

Education / Certifications:

High School Required

Bachelor's degree complete or incomplete / Specialization on Business Administration or Manufacturing Management preferred.

Microsoft Office Intermediate Excel

Manufacturing tracker Systems

IL6S / TPM preferred.

SAP preferred.
