Production Support Operator

Potential to make $23.50/Hour within the FIRST YEAR of employment. $1.00 Shift Differential on top of Base Rate for Night Shift. This position will be: 12 Hour Shifts. BBS Participation Create and maintain a team effort attitude and team approach Meet productivity standards Complete required documentation Troubleshoot issues with quality or productivity related to the team or the machine Make adjustments to machinery as needed Suggest improvements to processes or procedures Coordinate with lab personnel, Team Leader and Sr. Team Leader for issues and improvements Perform 6S and other housekeeping duties required for clean and safe work environment Obtain and maintain Operator Certification Train others as needed Additional duties as assigned Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. At least 2 years manufacturing experience. Must be willing to obtain Internal Operator Certification.
