REQUIRD SKILLS

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

5+ years of experience in production support or operations roles, with a focus on telecom systems and Java-based applications.

Strong understanding of telecom protocols and technologies, such as SIP, VoIP, SS7, GSM, LTE, or IMS.

Strong understanding of Java development principles, debugging techniques, and troubleshooting methodologies.

Experience with log management and analysis tools, with proficiency in Kibana or similar log visualization tools.

Knowledge of incident management processes and best practices, including incident triaging, escalation, and resolution.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically under pressure.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Benefits:
