AGC Automotive with over 100 years of history in glass solutions is currently accepting resumes for a Production Supervisor at their Richmond, KY plant.
The Production Supervisor is responsible for driving the process of continuous improvement and positive associate relations.
Qualifications:
- B.S. degree with 3+ years' experience in supervision (preferred)
- Maintain positive relationships with subordinates through consistent and thorough communication.
- Develop a high-performance work team where production staff's input is sought for problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Assist production staff to succeed through performance management.
- Provide coaching and performance feedback to support development.
- Utilize on-the-job training curriculum to develop production staff to perform their jobs safely and accurately to maintain customer satisfaction and our Quality Management Systems.
- Support production staff in understanding and abiding by company policies and procedures.
- Able to work 12-hour shifts (days or nights). 4 a.m. - 4 p.m. or 4 p.m. -4 a.m. 4 days worked with 4 days off.
- Able to work weekends and holidays (associated with a continuous process employer)
- Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of management and develop positive associate relations.
