Storm Search is conducting a direct hire opportunity for a Production Supervisor located South of Richmond Virginia.

Night shift hours are M-Th 4 pm - 2:30 am (4 - 10 hour shifts)

Production Supervisor Job Responsibilities include:
Lead, motivate, and coach team to achieve production goals
Foster positive relationships with team, provide support, training, supervision, and mentorship
Manage daily production schedules, ensure smooth workflow, and address resource shortages
Maintain safe working conditions, conduct safety audits, and investigate incidents
Uphold quality standards, review processes, recommend improvements, and ensure adherence
Collaborate with plant leadership to enhance production methods, equipment, and procedures
Coordinate with maintenance and support departments to optimize efficiency and minimize downtime

Production Supervisor Qualifications:
Preferred: Associate's/Bachelor's degree or 5+ years manufacturing experience
Min. 2 years leadership with proven results
Strong communication, collaboration, conflict resolution skills
Willingness to travel; construction experience a plus
