Job Details:

Shift Hours - 11pm to 7am.

o Adhere to all Safety Rules and Regulations.
o PPE is required at all times when on the Production floor (i.e. safety glasses, hearing protection, and safety shoes).
o Ensure all control/electrical cabinets have 3ft of space and not blocked by any items whatsoever.
o Ensure employees aren't placing anything on control/electrical cabinets unless maintenance team or safety has approved it.

Quality
o Verify all procedures and work instructions pertaining to each machine center are being followed according to Boxes policies and procedures.
o Ensure that all necessary quality checks are being completed. At a minimum, two independent quality setup checks will be performed to ensure accurate recording is taking place.
o Verify that Operators complete all required paperwork when doing quality checks. This is not done before, or after an order.
o Question all quality issues that are found. Operators should be notifying their direct supervisor and quality immediately for all quality issues.
o Ensure all quality systems are working properly, (gap control, HHS, Clear vison).
