Production Supervisor - Job Description Summary: Company Overview: A manufacturing company specializing in the production of gun parts for uppers and lowers, primarily serving government contracts.
Salary Range: $90,000 - $120,000 per year.

Job Responsibilities: - Machine Operation:
- Proficient operation of machines, particularly Okuma and Hydromat, for production tasks.
- Programming Skills:
- Ability to program Okuma and Hydromat machines effectively.
- Robotics Knowledge:
- Familiarity with Fanuc robotics systems.
- Technical Skills:
- Understanding of GD&T principles.
- Blueprint reading proficiency.
- Knowledge of PLC operation.
- Experience with Calypso software.
- Quality Assurance:
- Conducting measurements using Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) to ensure accuracy.
- Team Management:
- Supervising a team of 8 employees, with expectations to hire about 20 machine operators by year-end.
- Overseeing operations for both 1st and 2nd shifts.
- Reporting Structure:
- Reporting directly to the Sales/Operations Manager.
