RFI specializes in Cold Forming, Thread Rolling, Heat Treatment, and Surface Treatment of high torque tension bolts, shafts, and pins(M8 - M24) as well as supplying a variety of specialty screws(M4 - M7) and other cold-formed parts to the automotive industry.

- Temp-to-Hire position
- $18.00 /hour
- Full Time work available
- Weekend work required

Rightway Fasteners Production Associate Qualifications:
- Excellent communication, organization and people skills.
- Good computer skills.
- Good aptitude for math.
- Good analytical skills and detail oriented.
- Highly motivated work ethic and positive attitude.
- Need to be okay with lifting up to 50lbs repetitively if needed
- Previous experience using Calipers
- Experience in the automotive industry preferred but not required.
- Testing and Interview Required
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
