Essential Functions depending on position:

  • Machine operator (production)
  • Manage the shipment and receipt of all products, materials, and supplies. (Shipping)
  • Collaborates and communicates well
  • Tracks, traces, and updates the status of incoming and outgoing shipments.
  • Maintains a clean and safe working environment.
  • Promptly unloads trucks and deliveries and sorts and stocks receivables.
  • Provides additional backup support for rewind materials.
  • Scanning and sorting incoming and outgoing stock.

Skills:

  • On the job training for all equipment.
  • No Forklift certification needed.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn ask questions.
  • Receiving, stocking, and stacking
  • Pulling, packing, and loading
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong sense of time organization and urgency
  • Able to work independently and within a team.
  • Must have attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and analytical skills
  • Basic math skills
  • Excellent attendance and punctuality
  • Interest and ability to grow professionally and financially

Steve worked in the industry and saw a need for customized sheet labels of any size or shape. By thinking outside the box we developed materials not available elsewhere. In 2008, the company moved to Benton City, WA and built a facility with the ability to expand.
