Essential Functions of the Job -
Develop, train and supervise production reporting team

Review daily volumes and work with various teams to correct, as needed
-
Review current property setups and facilitate a cohesive site setup and structure process

Review and facilitate customer service channels for daily volume questions

Review monthly volume variance report and investigate variances
-
Provide technical support and advice based on expertise and industry experience

Maintain SOX controls, policies and procedures

Lead/coordinate special projects, including software upgrades, as needed
Minimum Qualifications -
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related degree

Ten (10) years of experience in upstream Production Accounting

Two (2) years of experience as a supervisor or lead
-
Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel
