• Collaborating with sales, design, and production teams to understand project requirements and timelines.
• Creating detailed production plans, ensuring optimal resource utilization and efficiency.
• Monitoring project progress and adjusting schedules as needed to meet deadlines.
• Coordinating with vendors and suppliers to secure materials and services.
• Conducting quality checks to ensure adherence to specifications and standards.
• Communicating with stakeholders to provide updates on project status and address any issues that may arise.
• Previous experience in production planning, preferably in the printing industry.
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience preferred
