Production Operator Technician with Security Clearance

Geologics is seeking for a Production Operator Technicianto work with one of our national aerospace and defense partners based in Scottsdale, AZ. This a 6-month contract position. Position: Production Operator Technician Type: W-2, Contract (12+ months) Pay: $29.00 - $31.00 per hour Location: Onsite in Scottsdale, AZ Schedule: There are multiple shifts available. All 3 shifts will be a shifted work week that includes working Saturday's and Sunday's as part of a normal week. Your days off are in the middle of the week. There an extra shift premium for working this schedule, on Saturday and Sunday only. The 1st shift premium is 10% and Saturday and Sunday for 2nd and 3rd shift is 20%. 1st shift: 6am - 2:30pm
2nd shift: 2:30pm - 11pm
3rd shift: 10:30pm - 7am Clearance Requirement: In order to be considered for this position, a current active Secret security clearance is required. Due to the nature of work performed in the facility, U.S. citizenship is required. For any inquiries or additional details regarding Security Clearances, please visit the United States Department of State webpage: Job Responsibilities: Perform project tasks/assignments of moderately complex nature ranging from repetitive to non-repetitive production assembly operations on electronic and/or mechanical assemblies and subassemblies such as modules, boards, panels, drawers, frames, and cables. Perform fabrication or inspection functions in a research, production or pre-production environment by reading and interpreting moderately complex schematics and drawings. Follow more advanced methods, techniques, and sequence of operations in performing wiring, component installation, hand soldering, and cable harnessing on subassemblies and units.
Build or integrate hardware for prototypes, subassemblies or systems.
Perform moderately complex electrical tests along with more complex rework and refurbishment of hardware and systems. Required Skills/Qualifications: In order to be considered for this position, a current and active Secret DoD clearance is required.
High School Diploma
Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience. Requirements include:
Ability to perform more advanced loading and configuring of customer/standard software on customer device
Ability to accurately complete process paperwork and entering data into the applicable work order management system
Solid computer, communication and time management skills
Solid knowledge of measuring/test equipment and math
