Job Duties + Operate highly technical equipment in the staging cell including automated cells/Robotic Cells + Execute work processes as defined in visual work instructions and standard operating procedures + Ensure a quality product by performing checks and inspections + Troubleshoot machine operation, productivity, and quality + Proper and efficient material handling to ensure product traceability to meet quality and scheduling demands + Monitor equipment, perform daily equipment checks and cleanings, and record data to document the manufacturing process + Perform preventive maintenance as required to meet maintenance schedules + Adhere to required housekeeping and safety requirements for the manufacturing areas within the facility + Submit and support continuous improvement ideas in order to improve safety, quality, productivity, and cost Experience/Education/Certification Required + High school diploma/GED + Two years of continuous experience in a manufacturing/industrial environment + Machine Operator experience Schedule Example: + We use the 2 on 2 off, 3 on 2 off, 2 on 3 off schedule for a 2 week pay period. + Example 2 week pay period schedule : 48 hours one week + 36 hours one week, so the schedule has built in OT + Work Monday/Tuesday + Off Wednesday/Thursday + Work Friday/Saturday/Sunday + Off Monday/Tuesday + Work Wednesday/Thursday + Off Friday/Saturday/Sunday What's in this for you?
